Architect with over 40 year’s professional experience including 12 years in Project Management, 7 in Administration, 2 in marketing, 7 in teaching, six and a half years working for the Lee county Building Department/Community Development and 12 years in Design and planning all for corporate iconic high rise, & land development mega projects in the U.S.A., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Puerto Rico with top fortune 500 companies, world class A and E companies and major investors and business owners. In addition to years of successful project management, since the late sixties in New York City, Puerto Rico and Saudi Arabia, I have designed, managed and taught both traditional and green sustainable design, conservation, including smart growth and sustainable urban design. Many of my building programs, plans, projects designs, and lectures have exercised the different techniques to reduce the energy needs of buildings and increase their ability to capture or generate their own energy being energy efficient over their entire life cycles.

Florida Registered Architect with membership in the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (N.C.A.R.B) ; formerly licensed by New York, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, Texas, and Iowa; architect-of-record in New York; Tennessee; Texas; Florida, and Saudi Arabia. Educational Chairman of the Houston Chapter of the Project Management Institute (P.M.I.) , author of book on Project Management published by John Wiley and sons and taught Project Management in Texas A&M University and King Faisal University.
I subscribe and lecture on the charter of the New Urbanest and the Global Sustainable Development Resolution.

I was born & and raised in New York City where I attended Columbia University; Pratt Institute for a bachelors of arts and Yale University in New Haven for a masters of architecture. I also have many class credits approved by the U.S. Green Building Council.
